How long does it take to make my item?

Most items are made to order and can take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to create.

I love creating custom items to fit your needs - sizing, colors, and if I am able, fiber and fastener requests.

How will my items be packaged?

Products are wrapped in tissue paper, tied with a jute string, and shipped in a poly-mailer bag or cardboard shipping box.

All products are available for upgraded gift wrap. You can view the wrapping paper here.

How long does shipping take?

I ship orders within 1-3 days via USPS and with a tracking number. I will email your tracking number once the item has been shipped.

If you would like your item shipped to an address different from the one listed on your account, please mention this in the Note to Seller upon checkout.

**I can not guarantee delivery time frames as they are estimates put forth by the US Post Office.**

I can only guarantee my turnaround time (please check this in your desired product listing page).

If a package is late or lost (defined as 30 days by USPS), please notify me as well as the post office in order to file a claim for a lost package. I have no control over its delivery once it is in the hands of the USPS.

During the winter holiday season, packages are notorious for being delayed by a week or more, please order early or upgrade your shipping preferences accordingly.

* Should you wish to cancel an order en-route, Postal Interception fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship internationally!

Shipping times vary widely, usually 1-3 weeks.

Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges.

Can I get my item(s) faster? How do I upgrade my shipping?

All orders ship via USPS First Class (1-3 days) or Priority Shipping (2 day shipping).

If you need something sooner, please contact me if you need an item shipped sooner and/or quicker than the posted turnaround time.

I will be happy to get a new quote and send it off to you within a reasonable time frame.

Have an Issue with Your New Purchase?

I strive to provide you with quality and pleasure in all items that I make.

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact me as soon as possible and before leaving a review so we can work out a better solution.

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

If you decide you do not wish to continue with your purchase, please contact me within 2 days of purchasing.

Please include your order # when asking to cancel.

Payment refunds usually take 5-7 business days to show up on your transactions.

Returns or Exchanges, please contact me within: 5 days of delivery

If you received an item that is too big/ too small/ or doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me within 5 days of your package's delivery.

In general, any unused physical item may be exchanged within 1 week of delivery for an item of equal value.

Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

* All shipping fees and postage costs, original & return, are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for Returns will be sent after I receive your item, this takes about 1-2 weeks from when you send it back.

*Digital Products are non-returnable.

Imperfections v. Damaged

All items are handmade by me.  Therefore, there may be a few slight imperfections (yarn knots, fuzzies, etc) that make each item unique.

However, if the item should be damaged (unraveling, breaks suddenly) within the first 2 weeks of use, please contact me so we can work out either a repair or exchange, depending on the situation.

With any fiber craft, natural wear and tear will occur and I cannot be held responsible to replace items after 2 weeks time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wash my new knitwear?

Yes! Almost everything is made to be washed as needed.

Please double check each item's care suggestions on the product listing page as well as on the included tag that comes with your item.

For general guidelines: Machine wash COLD, gentle cycle & AIR DRY. Some items may need reshaping after being washed.

* If your item has a faux-fur pompom, please unsnap this and spot treat. Do not machine wash the pompom.

I found fraying ends in my knitwear. Should I cut them off?

No! Every item is handmade, therefore there will be some imperfections (like knots). Do not snip these off because then the knots will come undone and lead to unraveling of your item.

Instead, try to weave the loose fibers into the fabric.

Do you really make it all yourself?

Yes! I have been crocheting since I was 7 years old and knitting since I was 14. During childhood, I always made up my own patterns. I didn't read a pattern until I was 23 years old!

Instead, I continue to create my own patterns from pictures, physical items, and my own inspirations.

I like to stick with patterns I've perfected and then leave the choice of colors & some color-patterns up to the customer.

If you find you love the style of a certain item but want it in a different color or set of colors, please let me know and I will gladly make it for you.
